Hraparak: ARFD, PAP plan to apply to Constitutional Court again

ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Prosperous Armenia Party plan to apply to the Constitutional Court again to challenge the constitutionality of several provisions of the law on accumulative pension system, Hraparak reports. Their partners in the “parliamentary four,” Armenian National Congress and Heritage, however, consider such a move inexpedient, citing the previous experience.
