Zhamanak: Suren Khachatryan absolutely convinced he will become governor

Ex-governor of Syunik province Suren Khachatryan is in Goris for three days already. Being 100 percent sure that he will be appointed governor, he went to Goris to settle some issues, Zhamanak writes.
