Zhamanak: 30,000 Iraqi Yazidis willing to move to Armenia

The Yazidis that have fled northern Iraq for Turkey are willing to move to Armenia, head of the Union of Sinjar Yazidis Boris Murazi told Zhamanak.

He stressed that around 30,000 Yazidi refugees, who are now in Turkey, are not sure that they will not be persecuted there.

When necessary, Turkey will protect the interests of Muslims and Islamist extremists, as it acted towards the Yazidis of Batman in 1974, Mr Murazi said.
