Hraparak: Government official may be appointed Deputy Ambassador to U.S.

Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Armenian government Hrachya Tashchyan handed in his resignation recently, Hraparak writes.

His transfer to another job is said to be the reason for his resignation. He is one of the cadres of ex-Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and rumors persist that Tigran Sargsyan has offered him the position of Deputy Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, the newspaper writes.
