Serzh Sargsyan participates in 5th Armenian Church Representative Assembly

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the 5th Armenian Church Representative Assembly on Saturday in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the President’s press service reported.

The Assembly aims to discuss topical issues of church and national life and clarify the steps and initiatives for tackling the current challenges.

Addressing the event, President Sargsyan, on his behalf and on the behalf of all government structures, expressed willingness to resolutely support all patriotic initiatives of the Armenian Apostolic Church.

The Armenian President presented the results of his two-day official visit to Vatican and answered questions.
