Hraparak: ‘I am against’ initiative to apply to CC again

‘I am against’ initiative is going to apply to the Constitutional Court again demanding to recognize the controversial provisions of the amended law on accumulative pensions as anti-constitutional, Hraparak writes, adding that serious discussions are underway on this issue.

Member of the initiative David Khazhakyan told the newspaper that they plan to apply to the court together with MPs from Prosperous Armenia and ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
