Nikol Pashinyan’s Civil Accord bloc has been passive recently and Pashinyan has shown no activity except speeches in the parliament, Hraparak writes. The bloc is preparing for the party’s registration next spring and is currently attracting members to the new political unit. Besides, reportedly, Pashinyan is passive because he does not want to hinder the plans of the three non-government forces. “Let them do their job so that they will not say later that we hindered them,” Pashinyan said.
