Haykakan Zhamanak: Nikoyan rules out dialogue between government and opposition regarding change of power

There can be no dialogue between the government and the non-government parties regarding change of the regime, member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction, ex-Speaker of Armenian National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan told Haykakan Zhamanak.

Nikoyan ruled out snap elections. “But we are prepared to conduct a dialogue with the non-government forces about domestic and foreign political matters,” he said.
