Haykakan Zhamanak: Rosneft will not make investment in Nairit plant

Russia’s Rosneft has officially informed representatives of Armenian government that it has no plans to implement any investment project in Nairit plant, Haykakan Zhamanak has learnt.

The newspaper notes that in February of this year, then-Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stated following his meeting with Russia’s PM Dmitry Medvedev that Rosneft plans to make $500 million investment in Armenia, of which a considerable part will be invested in Nairit chemical plant.
