Hraparak: Former NKR Prosecutor General is most likely presidential candidate

Hraparak newspaper reported on October 14 that NKR Prosecutor General Arshavir Gharamyan will resign to be appointed head of the National Security Service. The newspaper learnt about Gharamyan’s resignation yesterday.

“The post of the National Security Service head will not be the peak in his career: he is among the most likely candidates for the 2017 presidential elections in NKR,” the newspaper notes.
