Hraparak: Tsarukyan forced Balasanyan to attend rally on Oct. 24

Gyumri Mayor Samvel Balasanyan attended the October 24 rally organized by opposition forces, Hraparak writes. “It is noteworthy that Balasanyan fled the city a few days before the three opposition parties began rallies in Armenia’s provinces. A question arises: what changed in one-two weeks? Some people say that Gagik Tsarukyan forced him to come to [Liberty] Square,” the newspaper writes.
