Haykakan Zhamanak: Hermine Naghdalyan sees no grounds for power change

“Like the majority of citizens in the country, I see no grounds for change of power in Armenia,” Vice Speaker of Armenian National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan told Haykakan Zhamanak.

Meanwhile, she said that a switchover to proportional representation, which Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan demanded at the rally, does not solve the problems of electoral process. Nevertheless, she added, this matter needs to be discussed.
