Hraparak: Trio will not stage rally today

The three non-government parties have no plans to stage a rally on October 31, Prosperous Armenia member Mikael Melkumyan told Hraparak. 

At the same time, a source in the press service of Yerevan Municipality told Hraparak that they have received a notification from Armenian National Congress (ANC) about a rally scheduled for October 31.
