Robert Hovhannisyan takes second place in Bad Wiessee

GM Robert Hovhannisyan scored 7.5 points out of 9 to share 1st-3rd places among 480 participants at the international open chess tournament in Bad Wiessee, Germany. He finished in second place with additional points.

GM Alexander Lenderman (U.S.) became the winner.

GM Hrant Melkumyan was only half a point behind the winner and took 8th place, armchess.am said.
