Hraparak: Tsarukyan is not public enemy

Hraparak newspaper’s correspondent asked ex-Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia General Gagik Melkonyan what he thinks about the fact that Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan who is opposed to the government remains a member of the Security Council.

“He heads a large party. He is not a public enemy. He is a politician, an Armenian, and it is normal that he is a member of the Security Council. Even if a meeting or a debate is held, Tsarukyan has only one vote. What can he do to interfere?” Melkonyan said.
