Haykakan Zhamanak: ANC, Heritage submit notices of planned rallies

Armenian National Congress (ANC) has submitted a notice to Yerevan Municipality on holding a rally and a march at Liberty Square on December 10. Heritage Party has also submitted a notice saying it plans to stage rallies on December 5, 6 and 7, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. 

“Earlier, Heritage deputy chairman Armen Martirosyan notified the Municipality that it will hold rallies at Liberty Square from November 21 to 30,” the newspaper says.
