Zhamanak: Embezzlement in Aragatsotn regional administration

Law enforcement bodies are conducting inspection in the regional administration of Aragatsotn in connection with the construction work, Zhamanak writes. According to preliminary information, large-scale embezzlements were committed during the construction of a bridge on the Shaghvard River in Oshakan village. 20 million drams was allocated to the project but according to experts, only 6-8 million drams was spent on the construction and the remaining sum was embezzled.
