Haykakan Zhamanak: Yerevan Municipality to raise employees’ salaries

Yerevan Municipality plans to raise salaries of about 2,000 employees from January 1, 2015, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. The draft has been submitted to the Council of Elders. It offers to raise the monthly wages by 15 percent.

“The City Hall says raising the salaries will “improve the efficiency of work.” If the draft is adopted, the cleaners and guards working at Municipality will receive a salary of 120,000 drams,” the newspaper says.
