Chorrord Ishkhanutyun: Armenian government spends AMD 2.5 mln to buy carpets

The government of Armenia spares no funds to purchase expensive gifts, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun writes. According to the newspaper, in October, the government bought two carpets from Megerian Carpet for a total of 2.5 million drams. The price of one handmade carpet (4.7 sq m) was 1.5 million drams and the other (4.9 sq m) was bought for 1 million drams.
