Hraparak: Ex-secretary of CEC opens karaoke club

Abram Bakhchagulyan, who is an experienced state official, has tried his strength in various domains, Hraparak writes. He has worked at Mellat bank, has been secretary of the Central Electoral Commission, head of the State Food Safety Service.

“Now, Bakhchagulyan has decided to boost the domain of singing. He has recently opened a karaoke club in downtown Yerevan,” the newspaper says.
