Zhoghovurd: Civil Service Council spends 494,000 drams on New Year cards

Armenia’s Civil Service Council (CSC) has spent a total of 494,000 drams on New Year cards, Zhoghovurd writes. The agency purchased 400 cards (paid 460 dollars for one card), 1,000 summary papers (120 drams), 100 cards with the CSC logo (500 drams), and 50 calendars (2,800 drams) from Bagrig Ltd.
