Zhoghovurd: Mihran Poghosyan did not submit property declaration

Head of Justice Ministry's Service for the Mandatory Execution of Judicial Acts (SMEJA) Mihran Poghosyan has not presented a declaration of property and income to the Ethics Commission for High-Ranking Officials of Armenia at least over the past three years, Zhoghovurd newspaper reports. The declarations have not been posted either on the commission’s official website. A representative of the commission told the newspaper that if the declaration is not published on their website, it means that the official has not submitted it.
