U.S. citizens may visit Armenia without visa from Jan. 1

From January 1, 2015, U.S. citizens may travel to Armenia without a visa, according to a decision adopted by the Armenian cabinet on Thursday.

Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said that the decision is based on the agreement reached at a session of the Armenian-American Intergovernmental Committee.

Also, Armenian citizens will be issued a ten-year multiple entry visa to the U.S.
