Zhamanak: Kotayk administration spends 13 mln drams to buy service vehicle

Recently, Kotayk regional administration made public a contract with Nairishin OJSC, according to which it bought a 2014 Toyota Camry from the company for governor Aram Harutyunyan, Zhamanak writes. The deal was worth 13 million drams. The newspaper notes that Nairishin has direct links with the governor.
