Zhamanak: Less transactions on Armenian realty market

Transactions on Armenia’s real estate market declined sharply in November and December, Edward Harutyunyan, director of Viva Realty, told Zhamanak. He said that the buyers are passive and the banks do not provide loans for this purpose. 

“Everyone is waiting to proceed with their transactions after the holidays. The situation is really frozen now,” he added.
