Ambulance service received numerous calls during New Year holidays - service head

The Ambulance Service worked hard in the New Year holidays’ period, the director of the service says.

Speaking to Panorama.am, Taguhi Stepanyan noted that the Yerevan Ambulance Service received numerous calls in the holidays’ period.

The calls were most frequently related to cardiovascular problems and acute respiratory diseases, while food and alcohol poisoning cases were fewer this year, she said.

Ms Stepanyan added that after January 12, the service will present a detailed report on the calls received during the New Year holidays.
