Hraparak: Situation calm in Gyumri

The situation in Gyumri is now calm after Thursday’s developments that followed the murder of six people - members of one family - on Monday, Shirak governor Felix Tsolakyan told Hraparak newspaper.

Asked whether he expected such a reaction from the city’s residents, he said, “Yes, we expected it. But what took place the day before yesterday was spontaneous and was not controlled from one center.”
