Zhoghovurd: ProCredit Bank and Ameriabank to merge?

ProCredit Bank and Ameriabank are negotiating a merger and it is expected that they will have merged by February 1, Zhoghovurd writes.

Elmira Adamyan, a spokeswoman for Ameriabank, told Zhoghovurd: “I cannot provide any information because there is no information about it at this moment.”
