Haykakan Zhamanak: Investigative Committee spends over $10,000 on identification cards

The Investigative Committee of Armenia, headed by Aghvan Hovsepyan, ordered identification cards for its employees at the end of last year, Haykakan Zhamanak reports. According to the newspaper, the Committee spent more than $10,000 on these cards, paying about $14 for each of them.
