Manaseryan: Armenia should take advantage of crisis

Armenia should take advantage of the current crisis, economist, head of Alternative Research Center Tatul Manaseryan said on Thursday.

The expert noted that he is for pro-active policy. “We say that money transfers from Russia have decreased. But who says that our economy will always be transfer-dependent?” he said, adding that new technologies and devices must be imported and stressed the need to develop measures to take advantage of the crisis.
