Chorrord Ishkhanutyun: Armenia mulls amnesty

It is rumored that the Armenian authorities plan to declare amnesty this spring on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun writes. According to the newspaper, the authorities are currently holding discussions to determine to whom amnesty will apply.
