Haykakan Zhamanak: Finance Minister to undergo surgery abroad

Armenian Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan has not participated in any public event after the year-ending press conference in December, Haykakan Zhamanak writes.

He has taken a long vacation. Sources told the newspaper that he has gone abroad to undergo complicated and expensive surgeries.
