New head of Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute appointed

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Major General Armen Ghahramanyan as head of Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute, the presidential press service reported.

On February 2, Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree relieving Lieutenant General Martin Karapetyan of the position of head of Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute.
