Armenian NPP renewal funding agreement signed in Russia

On the sidelines of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan’s working visit to Russia, an agreement on the provision of a loan to the Armenian government for the funding of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) operations extension activities was signed on Thursday.

The agreement was signed by Armenian First Deputy Minister of International Economic Integration and Reforms Suren Karayan and Russian Deputy Minister of Finance Sergei Storchuk, the press service of the Armenian government reported.
