Hraparak: Former minister received big loan for Nairit plant

Armenia’s former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan had received a big loan for the relaunch of Nairit chemical plant. That sum, however, was misused, Hraparak reports, citing sources.

“The loan, amounting to about 200 million drams, was wasted without an audit. Attempts are being made again to get a loan, but this prospect is unlikely,” the newspaper says.
