Haykakan Zhamanak: Oskanian to quit politics to engage in research work

Citing its sources, Haykakan Zhamanak writes that Armenia’s former Foreign Minister, MP Vartan Oskanian will soon announce his decision to renounce his parliamentary mandate and withdraw from Prosperous Armenia Party.
