Mikhail Ptitsin, chairman of the Garrison Military Court of the North-Caucasian Command, has said that the trial of Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov, who is charged with murdering a seven-member family in Gyumri, may take place in Rostov, Haykakan Zhamanak reports, citing 161.ru website.
According to the source, Ptitsin said that Permyakov is currently undergoing psychiatric examination in Gyumri, and there is no decision yet on whether he will be tried in Gyumri or in Rostov.
