Chorrord Ishkhanutyun: Samvel Babayan to unite Karabakh opposition

Nagorno-Karabakh’s former Defense Minister Samvel Babayan intends to unite the opposition in Artsakh, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun reports citing its sources.

Nagorno-Karabakh will hold parliamentary elections on May 3 and Babayan has decided to return from Russia after many years of absence since he plans to run for the elections.

Rumors say Babayan intends to run against Karabakh’s former President Arkadi Ghukasyan who reportedly also plans to run for parliament.
