Haykakan Zhamanak: Armenia to hold constitutional referendum in spring 2016

The Armenian authorities are planning to hold the constitutional referendum in the spring of 2016, Haykakan Zhamanak reports citing its sources. Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will officially announce his position on the concept of constitutional reform in about two weeks, the newspaper notes.
