Zhoghovurd: Samvel Babayan has not said he is going to lead opposition in Artsakh

Arthur Tovmasyan, Vice Speaker of Nagorno-Karabakh National Assembly, chairman of Free Homeland Party, has refuted the reports that Nagorno-Karabakh’s former Defense Minister Samvel Babayan is planning to lead the opposition in Artsakh.

Tovmasyan told Zhoghovurd that he recently had a phone conversation with Samvel Babayan, who said that he has never stated that he is going to lead the opposition.
