Haykakan Zhamanak: Tashir Group owner buys Electric Networks of Armenia

Tashir Group Company belonging to Russian-Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan has bought the Electric Networks of Armenia, Haykakan Zhamanak reports, citing sources.

Natalia Sarjanyan, a spokesperson for the Electric Networks of Armenia, however, did not confirm the report. 

“The Electric Networks of Armenia has huge debts, its loan liabilities alone amount to $220 million, while the debts to other companies amount to 16 billion drams,” the newspaper adds.
