Hraparak: Urikhanyan’s ‘Civil Headquarters’ prepares for congress

The initiating group of the ‘Civil Headquarters,’ established by Prosperous Armenia’s ex-spokesman Tigran Urikhanyan, today will submit an application to Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex for holding a constituent congress on May 2, Hraparak reports. 

The invitees are expected to include representatives of different opposition forces, with the initiating group comprising oppositionists and parliamentarians, the newspaper adds.
