Zhamanak: Amnesty to be declared in Armenia

There is a lot of talk these days about amnesty on the occasion of the Armenian Genocide centenary, but there is no clear official information on this issue, Zhamanak reports. The Armenian Justice Ministry declines to comment, saying that this is the President’s prerogative.

According to Zhoghovurd’s information, an amnesty will be declared and a group of experts is working on the amnesty text.
