James Warlick: We need to make NK peace a priority

The U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group has highlighted the need to make Nagorno-Karabakh peace a priority. 

“In #Vienna today to report to the @OSCE Minsk Group on renewed violence and mediation efforts. We need to make #NKpeace a priority,” James Warlick wrote on Twitter.
