Haykakan Zhamanak: Pupils to stand honor guard at Armenian Genocide Memorial

As part of the Armenian Genocide Centenary commemorations, beginning today until April 23, pupils from Yerevan schools will stand honor guard at the Eternal Flame at the Armenian Genocide Memorial Tsitsernakaberd. About 1,000 9-12-graders from 23 schools will take part in the initiative, Narine Hovhannisyan, head of General Education Department of Armenian Education and Science Ministry, told Haykakan Zhamanak.
