Lifting of sanctions against Iran to have positive impact on Armenia – expert

The lifting or weakening of the sanctions against Iran will have a positive impact on Armenia’s economy, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said on Wednesday.

“Possible changes regarding Iran are very important for Armenia, which lacks big markets. Entry into the Russian and European markets is difficult for objective reasons,” said the analyst.

Besides, the expert said, the lifting of the sanctions will make Iranian market open to investments, which will have a positive effect on Armenia.
