Zhoghovurd: Money transfers to Armenia decline

The money transfers to Armenia continue to decline. In February of this year, the net money transfers to Armenia made $27.5 million, Zhoghovurd reports.

However, the volumes of non-trade remittances from Armenia remain stable. Moreover, non-trade remittances from Armenia to Russia are on the increase. This means that more Armenian labor migrants face financial difficulties in Russia and their relatives in Armenia have to support them financially, the newspaper says.
