Hraparak: Tsarukyan's son-in-law to become Kotayk governor?

Kotayk governor Aram Harutyunyan will be relieved of his post, to be moved to work in the State Committee on Water Resources, Hraparak reports, adding that several governors will be dismissed in the near future. 

Abovyan city mayor, Gagik Tsarukyan's son-in-law Karapet Guloyan, is being mentioned as a possible candidate for Kotayk governor, Hraparak notes.

The newspaper also says that Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian will quit his office.
