Zhamanak: ENA pays off January debts to small hydropower plants

The Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) has paid off the debts for January to the small hydropower plants, Zhamanak reports. It has also selectively settled the February debts to some small hydropower plants. According to the newspaper, the owners of the small hydropower plants were told that there will be no payments until June.
