Hraparak: Time of amnesty kept secret

Armenia’s relevant bodies have been instructed to answer that there will be no amnesty when asked about it, Hraparak reports.

“The authorities use this mechanism during all the amnesties, and give as a reason the fact that learning this, many people will commit crimes, knowing that they will be released under amnesty,” the newspaper says.
